About Us
Midland Fork Lifts Limited has been involved in the hire, sales and service of materials handling equipment for over 40 years. We are part of the Bennie Group of companies which was founded in 1942, it is still run by the family today.
Over the years the company has expanded and we now own a hire fleet of some 300 trucks. Units range from 1000 to 16000kg in capacity. These are generally available in diesel, gas and electric.
Investment has been made in purchasing a computer system that allows us to manage a large fleet. The system also enables all staff to answer any ongoing queries and also produce numerous reports for our customers.
Our biggest investment for the future took place in 2007, 1.5 million pounds was invested in a new purpose built office and workshop. This new facility enables all our staff to respond easier to any of our customers requirements and give a service that is second to none.
