We guarantee:

1. If you need to hire a counterbalanced truck up to 5,000 kilo capacity for any short term requirement, we will provide a truck within a maximum of 24 working hours from your request.

2. To respond to all service requests within a maximum of 4 working hours (most of our response times are considerably less than this).

3. That if you experience any breakdown, we will repair the vehicle within twelve working hours. If we are not able to effect such a repair, we will provide a replacement vehicle within 24 working hours.

4. To carry out all scheduled maintenance and statutory inspections as per our agreed contract, thereby giving you complete peace of mind.

We understand that our service needs to minimise your downtime. Therefore if we do not provide any of the above services, we will refund up to one week's additional hire charge.
